Quick Start
Make your first instant USDC payment on Arc in under 5 minutes.
1. Connect your wallet
Open the Aruvi app and click Get Started. Aruvi supports MetaMask, Rabby, Coinbase Wallet, Rainbow, and any WalletConnect-compatible wallet.
If your wallet doesn't know Arc Testnet yet, Aruvi (or the wallet prompt) adds it automatically. To add it manually, see Connect a Wallet.
2. Get testnet USDC
Visit Circle's faucet, select Arc Testnet, paste your wallet address, and request USDC.
That single balance covers both payments and gas - USDC is Arc's native token, so there's no second token to acquire. Details in Get Test Tokens.
3. Send your first payment
- In the app, go to Send
- Paste the recipient's address
- Enter an amount and an optional note (notes are recorded on-chain)
- Confirm
The first payment asks for two signatures: one approval (a one-time USDC allowance for the Aruvi gateway) and one for the payment itself. Every later payment is a single signature.
Your payment settles with deterministic finality - usually in about half a second. You'll get an ArcScan link to the receipt.
4. Explore the rest
- Request money with links and QR codes
- Pay up to 100 people at once
- Set up subscriptions
- Issue refunds
- Accept payments on your site
The faucet gives you USDC directly on Arc. If you have USDC on other chains, the Deposit guide shows how to bridge it in via Circle's CCTP.
